What we do
The National Disability Insurance Scheme, more commonly known as NDIS, provides support to every Australian under 65 years of age with a permanent and significant disability, the support they need to reach their goals. It is the NDIS that enables participants to identify their supports to achieve their goals in independent living, community involvement, employment and health. The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission is an independent agency which is established to improve the quality and safety of NDIS Supports and Services.
274 Homebound adds value to this process by providing suitably qualified support coordinators and residential care workers. 274 Homebound also provides a range of industry related services such as out of home care, activity planning, travel arrangements and staff development.

Together with our Recruitment Manager, applicants will undergo security checks and go over their qualifications to ensure they meet government regulations. If needed applicants can work with 274 Homebound to gain the necessary qualifications in order to work with our clients.

Working together to ensure your Support Coordination will support you to understand and further implement the relevant support services that you need in your plan to ensure you reach your full potential. Having our staff help to deliver the assistance that you want. Ensuring you are the driver of your future. We will ensure all service agreements and bookings are completed This registration group includes short and long-term supports that focus on strengthening the participant’s ability to coordinate their supports, and to assist them to live at home and participate in their community. This includes:
- Support connection
- Coordination of support
- Assistance with accommodation and tenancy obligations
- Life transition planning including mentoring, peer support and individual skill development
- Assistance with decision making, daily planning, budgeting
